Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the item in its original Silver Palace packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unworn, original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
